The name Hof dates back to the medieval episcopal court, which was located on a spur of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug , where the Eem River flowed around it in a bend on the east side.

Explore the courtyard with a cocktail in hand! Every week, De Professor hosts a new Cocktail Experience featuring different flavors, aromas, and colors. You’ll regularly see DJs here creating an extra-good vibe. Every first Saturday of the month, there’s the “Professor Koortz” party.
