Frituur Van Gogh

Owner and fritologist Arn Zuyderduin creates special snacks. In recent years he also developed real Amersfoort snacks, such as the Keierbal and the Lange Jan. Since 2014, Frituur Van Gogh has been making the Amersfoort croquette in its own kitchen, made from local products. "The idea for this croquette originated ten years ago," he says, "I just wanted to make the tastiest croquette in the Netherlands."
