Frituur Van Gogh

Owner and “fritologist” Arn Zuyderduin creates unique snacks. In recent years, he has also developed authentic Amersfoort snacks, such as the Keierbal and the Lange Jan. Since 2014, Frituur Van Gogh has been making the Amersfoort croquette in its own kitchen, using local ingredients. “The idea for this croquette came to me ten years ago,” he says, “I just wanted to make the tastiest croquette in the Netherlands.”
