Through the solar system

From the belligerent Mars to the mysterious Neptune, Kamerata Zuid plays seven musical portraits from The Planets. With ten winds and twelve strings, the famous suite sounds more direct, sharper and full of detail. The cosmos comes audibly close.

While the orchestra plays, André Kuipers takes you into the universe. His experiences and stories give the music an extra layer. At the same time, impressive projections of planets and the universe fill the space, merging sound, image and story into one continuous space journey.
