DISCOVER THE LOCATIONS OF THE SERIES OF EYEBALLS
For years Amersfoort has been the setting for the popular television series Oogappels. On October 8 the final season starts... All the more reason to dive right in with our walking route along film locations. Spend a whole day out in amersfoort with a visit to the one-time Oogappels exhibition at 033Rietveldpavilion.
The route takes you along recognizable places from the series, such as the house of the Larooi family, Pip's workplace and brewery De Drie Ringen. The ten locations are situated on a route of about 7 km, starting at Amersfoort Station, passing through the Bergkwartier, the historic center and ending at De Nieuwe Stad, known in the series as 'Pleintje Jongeren'. So you meet all the Oogappels of Amersfoort ;)

The route takes you along the following locations from the Oogappels series:
- The house of Claire Larooi
- The house of Merel Larooi
- The house of the parents of Carola
- Corderius College
- The house of Fabie Schneeman
- Boothill Saloon (the workplace of Pip)
- The house of Family Meijer-Amrani
- De Drie Ringen
- Little square of youngsters

A little preview...
Oogappels exhibition @ 033Rietveldpavilion
From September 19 to November 2 you will discover even more about the series and yourself. The Oogappels exhibition allows you to reflect in a fresh way on themes such as family, growing up, being yourself and social pressure. With scenes from the series and artworks that touch, it encourages you to feel, talk and connect.
There is also plenty to do: creative activities for all ages and two special Oogappels editions of Rietveld Live, the intimate talk show in the Rietveldpaviljoen.
Plan your trip to Amersfoort
By public transport
Coming by public transportation? Then you can easily start the route from Amersfoort Central Station. The route starts on the Johan van Oldebarneveltlaan across the stationsplein. It is also possible to do the route by bike. Then you can rent an OV-fiets at the station.
By car
If you come by car, you can easily park at the Eemplein. There is a covered parking garage here. The route ends at the Eemplein, but this can also be used as a starting point. Another option is to park in the parking garage near Central Station. This is also directly the starting point of the route.
