The cultural center
The Eemhuis is the cultural center of Amersfoort. The building on the Eemplein was designed by Neutelings Riedijk Architects and houses four organizations: Kunsthal KAdE, Bibliotheek Eemland, Scholen in de Kunst and Archief Eemland.

In Amersfoort, the CollectieCentrum Nederland (CC NL) will open in 2021. This building of no less than 31,500 m2 stores the collections of the Netherlands Open Air Museum, Paleis Het Loo, the Rijksmuseum and the Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed.
