Il Forno del Sud is the dream project of two young foodlovers Alessia and Jake. Alessia grew up in sunny Calabria and brings her Italian roots and cooking experience to Amersfoort. Jake brings his background from the baking and kitchen world. Together they are building a place full of craft and baked goodies. Buen appetito!
