De Lage Drempel is a collaboration of coaches, counselors and therapists. Each is an expert in his or her field, and continuing education is an important pillar. We are affiliated with the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches (NOBCO) and conform to the Code of Ethics. In addition, Simone de Spa is an EMCC/Nobco Senior Practitioner accredited coach and a partner with CSR Expertise Center for Stress and Resilience.

De Lage Drempel offers customized programs for personal and professional growth, accessible to anyone who needs it. Whether you encounter professional issues within the SME or as a ZZP'er, or as an individual in need of a sounding board outside your own home or work environment.
