You might just have been born right here! Parkhuis Amersfoort is located in the historic boiler house of the former Elisabeth Hospital. The iconic chimney still stands, serving as a reminder of the building’s original purpose. Today, it houses a charming restaurant filled with vintage furniture and plants.

You’ll find the Parkhuis on the edge of Elisabeth Groen City Park. This park has a rich history; for centuries, the Heiligenbergerbeek stream has flowed here, connecting to the Eem River. The Parkhuis is the perfect stop after a refreshing walk or an afternoon of play. The little ones can have fun in the play corner, while older children can go on an adventure in the Machine Room.

And the menu? It’s full of honest, fresh dishes without any fuss. Parkhuis uses local products as much as possible and has an inclusive hospitality team where everyone counts.
