The Bron Park at The Source
In 2013, the BRONpark opened its doors right in the heart of De Bron, directly on the central lake. Covering an area of 7,000 m², the park is divided into three seamlessly interconnected sections. There is an active area where you can enjoy dining options, a terrace, sports and games, a vegetable garden, a fruit orchard, and a promenade that ends at a wooden observation tower. In the center of the park, there’s plenty of room for adventure: playing with sand and water, exploring among the trees and bushes, and walking across stepping stones in the water. There’s even a cable ferry and a water play table. This playful area transitions into a natural section of the park where “hard-to-reach” nature takes center where and exploration is the focus. On the edge of the park, you’ll find BijDaphne in the greenhouse, a cozy café set in a greenhouse, with a terrace offering a view of the water.
