Struikelgras & Siberian Oxygen – Songs & Stories

On Sunday afternoon, November 29, the bands Siberian Oxygen and Struikelgras will jointly present a special concert at Theatre De Tuin in Leusden. Under the title “Songs & Stories,” both acts will take the audience on an afternoon filled with their own music, personal stories, and harmonies.

Siberian Oxygen, from the Utrecht region, performs narrative indie-folk-pop with warm harmonies and acoustic arrangements. The band is known for atmospheric performances in which music and storytelling reinforce each other. Previously, the band has performed at venues including a sold-out Beauforthuis in Austerlitz, the Torenlaan Theatre in Zeist, and most recently at a packed Podium Oost in Utrecht.

Struikelgras draws inspiration from Americana, country, and folk, performing original songs in both Dutch and English with a strong focus on lyrics, melody, and ensemble playing. The music of both bands blends seamlessly, creating a varied afternoon for fans of acoustic music and singer-songwriters.

Each band will perform its own set and, especially for this occasion, will close out the afternoon together with a few songs.
