After breaking up with his partner, 76-year-old gay man Vicente is living the life where always dreamed where in Maspalomas: full of sun, parties, and sex. But a stroke abruptly puts an end to his freedom.
He is forced to move to a nursing home in the town where he abandoned his daughter years ago. There, he is no longer the proud, gay man from the Canary Islands; instead, he is forced to go back into the closet and must confront his own fears and prejudices.
