Calling all cult film fans: Ken Russell’s controversial and (until now) rarely screened masterpiece *The Devils* is returning to the big screen in 4K!

In 17th-century France, the corrupt Cardinal Richelieu attempts to expand his power, but the fortified town of Loudun stands in his way. Led by the charismatic priest Grandier (Oliver Reed), the fortified town defends itself against the outside world. To get rid of him, he is accused of witchcraft. Mother Superior Jeanne des Anges (Vanessa Redgrave) harbors an unrequited love for Grandier and is only too happy to assist the fanatical witch hunter unleashed upon the town by accusing him of collaborating with the devil to seduce her entire convent.
