In Pippi and the Pirates, Pippi goes in search of her father, who is held captive by pirates.

Off to sea

A bottle mail from Captain Ephraim Longstocking sets everything in motion. He is held by the pirates Blood Barend and Knives Jochem. Together with Tommie and Annika, Pippi sets off for the island of Taka Tuka.

Adventure after adventure

With an air mattress, a self-built airplane and a generous portion of guts, they travel across seas and islands. Along the way they meet pirates and constantly devise new plans to outwit them.

In the den of the pirates

Once arrived, an exciting cat-and-mouse game begins. With her strength, clever tricks and optimism, Pippi tries to free her father.
