Major Amateur Arts Festival

Saturday, September 12, Amersfoort is all about local talent. During the Groot Amateurkunstfestival, amateur artists from all over the city present themselves with music, dance and theatre at special locations.

Scattered throughout the city center you can enjoy short performances in and around monumental buildings. Like previous years, the festival takes place in conjunction with Open Monument Day, allowing you to combine performances with a visit to historic buildings that open their doors specially.
