The Kegelspits is a conical structure positioned parallel to the Earth’s axis. This allows it to function as zonnewijzer. Once you step inside, it’s as if the universe reveals itself to you thanks to the thousands of tiny holes in the steel structure.

The hospital once stood on this site—a place where people are born and die: the cycle of life. This has everything to do with space and time and with the forces of nature.
