What if young people didn't just visit a festival, but built it themselves?
During Future Village youngsters from 12 to 18 years old work together with artists in the woods of Amersfoort to create their own festival world. During the May vacation they will transform the Bosspot into a creative construction site where they will carpenter, design, paint and build large works of art and installations.
But it's about more than just building. Future Village is also a place where young people meet new people, work together and become part of a close-knit community. Less screen time, more screen time.
Building days take place under the guidance of an experienced team and several artists. Experience is not necessary, curiosity and desire to make is.
The results of this period form the basis for the festival Sept. 5, 2026 takes place.
