Take a look in advance

Daan (12), the third of four soccer-loving brothers, looks up to his coach Ries (Gijs Naber). Ries gets more and more influential in Daan's life. He pulls Daan into a secret, forbidden world of adults, and that is the beginning of repeated sexual abuse. Daan begins to behave differently, playing hooky from school and distant toward his family and friends. When other boys report abuse by Ries, Daan becomes de war as he discovers he is not the only one.

Despite Ries admitting to the abuse, Daan denies until he can't. He is embarrassed. His parents are shocked and their well-meaning words only cause Daan more grief and distance. He also struggles at the soccer club. The smart and strong Daan now feels like a loser. In the end, Daan breaks.
