Proverbs Walk for Learning and Entertainment

A surprising city walk by Gilde Amersfoort in which our guides, in their stories about the historic city center, always build a bridge to at least 25 appropriate proverbs and sayings that are often centuries old. For example, where does the expression "to poke fun at someone" come from? In the historic inner city, you will come across many clues (photo). But also the 'Raddraaieners', the 'baked pears', the 'Rich stinkers' and the 'Kop van Jut' will pass by. For language lovers interested in history or vice versa.
