Janice Deul (she/her) is an Afro-Dutch neerlandica, journalist, (opinion) writer, fashion/culture activist and cultural connector with 20+ years of experience in the magazine world. Since 2011, she has been working for an inclusive, safe and inspiring climate in fashion, media and art, as a speaker, moderator, through her inspiration platform Diversity Rules, as a guest lecturer and as a curator.
On June 10, 2025, AMBO/Anthos published her book "Can I still be at home in this country?" in which she reflects on themes of Dutchness, identity and connectedness based on personal insights, experiences and conversations with third parties.
