Take a look in advance

Rats on Rafts
In early February, a darker, slower and oxidized version of the headstrong Rotterdam-based band Rats on Rafts was released. This in the form of a new album: an all-analog LP recorded in foggy reverb: Deep Below. Reviews at home and abroad spoke highly of the new album, with which the band once again swims completely against all currents and trends. Almost drowning in dark thoughts, hope nevertheless remains audible, as in the beautifully nostalgic singles "Japanese Medicine," "All These Things" and "Sleepwalking."

Echoes are heard of The Cocteau Twins, The Sound, The Cure and Clan of Xymox - of the dark, early 80s where the threat of war was always palpable. Like now?

Plus Instruments
Born in Eindhoven, but commuting for years between the US and the Netherlands, Truus de Groot is an indispensable pioneer within the experimental and underground music scene. Since 1978, she has been the driving force behind Plus Instruments: a project that continues to renew electronic music with ever-changing lineups. Improvisation, a minimal approach and an irresistible groove are central.

In 2025 she will be on stage with Richard van Kruysdijk as an energetic duo with acoustic drums, or solo with her rich and idiosyncratic repertoire.
