Douwe Bob Posthuma broke through in 2012 as the winner of De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland. In 2023 he was featured in Best Singers and The Masked Singer and in 2024 he became the most-turned Dutch artist on the radio. Between 2023 and 2025, he scored six Top 40 hits, performed on sold-out club tours, major festivals, a theatre tour and an AFAS Live show. In late 2025, he presented The Story Of Country at The Concertgebouw, a show that was completely sold out within three hours. For the past two years, we couldn't ignore him.
April 2026 will see the release of his seventh studio album, which you can hear in Openluchttheater Bosspot! Besides his music, he will soon release his first cookbook: VUUR.
From 6 p.m. it is possible to have dinner or a bite to eat at the Open Air Theatre prior to the concert. The full menu will follow.
