The performance in brief
In Ballet Vibes, the Dutch National Ballet's Junior Company shows where ballet is now, with new creators and different styles in one evening.
Classical and new
The dancers work with choreographers such as Zoë Greten, Luca Abdel-Nour and Rutkay Özpinar. Their work mixes influences from contemporary dance, hip-hop and Turkish dance. At the same time, the classical base remains visible in work by Ernst Meisner and a pas de deux from Concerto by Kenneth MacMillan.
All in one evening
Besides the four world premieres, this evening you will also see the hilarious Ballet 102 by Eric Gauthier and In the Future by grandmaster Hans van Manen. Lots of variety, high tempo and always something new on stage.
