About the introduction
The introduction gives a look behind the scenes. It tells about the creation process of the performance: what choices were made in directing, acting, design and costumes. The content of the performance, such as the contrast between civilized manners and the primal urges we often suppress, is also discussed. How do we as humans and as parents want to deal with this contradiction?
The introduction will be given by Rosa da Silva. Rosa da Silva is an actress, singer and comedian. She became best known for her leading roles in the show ANNE and the musical De Tweeling. In 2019 she won the jury and audience award at the Amsterdams Kleinkunst Festival and then toured with her cabaret programs Daar moet je heen and A vida rosa. She was also seen on TV in series such as Oogappels and Jeuk and in Het Sinterklaasjournaal. Last summer she played in the play De revolutie van de Rinsema's by Orkater.
