Painting with India ink

In this fun workshop "painting with ink" you will learn the basics of making a washed ink drawing / painting with East Indian ink. The centuries old technique has many similarities to watercolor painting. In this ink workshop we will make many sketches and see what different brushes there are and what you can do with them. We will also practice with different grounds which can be very decisive for the effect of this material.

You will go home with several small ink drawings. Includes use of ink/brushes and different types of paper.
