Gabriel Ríos walks a multifaceted path: from the sultry Latin crooner pop on Ghostboy to the deep, introspective sounds of This Marauder's Midnight, to the Spanish Latin classics on 2021's Flore. With his sixth album, Playa Negra, he delves deeper than ever into his roots - more authentically than before.

After experimenting with the covers he performed on Flore, Ríos finally found his own voice as a Spanish-speaking artist. In all his contradictions, he poses himself more vulnerable and candid than ever, within a language he now dares to share with the outside world. In his own words, "Why go back to English when in Spanish you finally sound the way you really are?"

Especially for this occasion, Ríos will be joined musically by Ragazze Quartet, artistic director of September Me. This adventurous string quartet will add an extra layer of magic to the evening. Expect a blistering encounter between strings and voice.
