The musical Doe Maar! featuring all the hits of Holland's most popular band ever is coming to the AFAS Theatre in Leusden! Developed in close collaboration with the original band members.

Doe Maar! is a mix of musical, reunion concert and cabaret. A wonderful story has been written around the music of the successful pop group. You are transported back to the early 1980s where two girls are about to grow up. The world is waiting for them, but there is a big secret that connects them forever. From home they receive little understanding or support. A musical about finding your own way, protesting for your ideals and a better future. But also about falling in love, smoking hash, making mistakes and the struggle in parent-child relationships.

Star cast & live band
A large cast including Daniël Boissevain, Brigitte Heitzer, Ellen Pieters and Han Oldigs bring this comical and moving story to life. All songs are played by a six-piece live band specializing in the Doe Maar sound. Songs such as 'Smoorverliefd', 'Since 1 Day or 2 (32 Years)', 'Pa', 'Doris Day' and 'De Bom' pass in review. The decor in spectacular 80s neon colors and retro clothing complete the show.
